RETURN POLICY:
1) All returns must be pre-approved by susan@echonotebook.com prior to returning to: LAUNCH PRINTING & PROMOTIONS, 2402 OSBORNE RD, ST MARYS, GA 31558, ATTN: ECHO RETURN. If a return is shipped to VA rather than GA, an additional $20 per book/set will be deducted from the refund.
2) All individual returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date and in the original shrink-wrap. Even if a return is approved, then received without the original shrink-wrap or in used condition, a refund will not be issued and the book will not be shipped back to the buyer.
3) Bookstore returns must be within 90 days and in perfect condition.
4) A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
5) No returns/refunds on 7, 6.5, any PowerPoint, CME application payment (may be transferable), shipping fees, international fees, or materials purchased anywhere other than my website.
6) Do not return any damaged or used books (no scratches, stickers, tears, writing, etc).
7) You are responsible for properly packaging the books to avoid damage. All textbooks must be in perfect condition to receive a refund. If books arrive with damage, the cost to repair will be reflected in the refund.
