ORDERING OPTIONS
- PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER! If you contact me regarding an incorrect address after your items have shipped, in most cases - I will not be able to correct the address or reroute the shipment, and you may have to pay again in order to receive the items.
- I accept pre-paid orders in the USA via PayPal or any major credit card (scroll down to order).
- If you are located outside the USA, email susan@echonotebook.com for availability & shipping rates. Please include your name, full mailing address with zip code, and the quantity & title of the books you need.
- Print books only; e-books and digital copies are not available.
- If you prefer to mail a cashier's check, contact susan@echonotebook.com for a copy of the mail order form.
SHIPPING NOTES & RATES
(1) Small orders usually ship via FedEx (with picture proof) within 24 hours of ordering, except holidays & weekends. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. If you have questions, or special delivery instructions, please contact susan@echonotebook.com prior to placing your order.
(2) Large orders usually ship via UPS or FedEx ground. Please allow ~ 2-7 business days for delivery.
(3) USA shipping rates for 1 book or 1 set ($20), 2-3 books/sets ($30), 4-8 books/sets ($45), 9-15 books/sets ($65), 16+ books/sets ($85). Additional s&h may apply for very large orders.
